I am trying to get in shape for L'Etape this year. Blimey it's only next month. Fancy going out for a dry run (more like get hot and sweaty and scare the heck out of me). Anybody know the exact roads it takes?

Try getting a ticket for the dragon ride (think there are 1 or 2 lying about)- this is meant to be quite good training for the Etape- hilly and long.

    The route is here: http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/Etape-Anglais-2007

I think being able to get places or transfers for the Dragon Ride ended last month.
  • Tour of Wessex was great training, although I just did the last day. Dragon ride looks good. Are there any links with Etape road route.
  • Just seen. The road route is now on the Etape main website.

    Cheers guys.
  • I am going out to ride the route on monday , so will let you know how it goes
