In the winter when I am staying away from home in hotel I do spinning class, normally 2 sessions one after the other. better than nothing.
Now the weather is better I take my bike with me [:D]
Cathryn I have been in leeds a couple of times in last 2 weeks and had a great ride from skipton to the dales and a 40 mile loop into the dales, lovely weather, great views, some great climbs and do not think i saw more than 5 cars or 5 people in the dales, a bit remote but great ride never the less and much better than a spinning class.
