Hi

Been thinking of racing Cat 4 next year but would love to try out a few laps of a closed circuit before-hand, just to see how things work ie Hillingdon/Herne Hill etc.

Does anyone know of any days/evenings you can just turn up and give it a go for a few laps? I'm not interested in racing just yet, but it would be great for a bit inspiration and get an idea of how things work.

Hillingdon Thursday nights at 6.30. (aim to get there for 6.15 to get signed on etc.). Its œ3 and you get an hour's riding in a group that suits your pace round the track. Gives you practise at riding close in a group at speed. There's refreshments for sale after.
