Microsoft Excel Training Diary

I'm wondering if anyone uses or knows where I can download an MS Excel template that I can use as a training Diary. I used to use Cyclelogs but I'm in the position know where I don't have regular internet access. Ideally I would like one which covers distance, speed, HR and Cadence data if possible. I could always make my own but I figured why bother if there are already some out there [:P]

You could use Bike Logs. Its a database rather than a spreadsheet, but it covers all the data you mentioned and doesn't need internet access.

A poster here made an excellent Excel doc that I use. Link to the original thread:

There's a fairly detailed Annual Training Diary as an Excel file that I came across on the TimeTrialling forum (post by Nuggett):

+1 for Prolog. It's free for the most part, but if you want anything more detailed it's $10.0

Thanks for the kudos for ProLog Cycling 2009. The free version has thousands of users and is available for Excel for PC and Mac. If you are looking for more customization (like changing miles to KM and tons more good stuff) you can purchase the Premium edition.
I am constantly improving the spreadsheet so send in the ideas.
Ride on,
