Not sure that's true. It was only a few months ago the EU was unwilling to talk about security cooperation without dealing with fishing. Times and priorities have changed for everyone.

While I accept times change, I don't believe the ERG/Brexiteer right of the Conservative permits Sunak or Truss to have this level of entanglement with EU countries
