Played with my new kettlebell yesterday, thought I might be a little more sore this morning which is slightly disappointing. Might have to get a bigger one. Work avoidance, not as cold today.

Morning all. Still had to scrape the car this morning even though it's warmed up a tad. WFW as usual. Having to repair stuff affected by the wkend artic temps. Hopefully it won't be as cold again for a bit. Enjoy.

Heating fixer / engineer just phoned, arriving mid pm rather than as the office said anytime after 8am. Could have stayed in a warm bed for longer rather than getting up in the dark just in case. And been rather useful having 2 woodburners active over this weekend. Bring back the normal.
Dismal grey and wet here, back to the usual. Erse, better do that tax return sometime...

Its a tropical 2 degrees here and theres still a fair bit of frosty stuff hanging around. Doesn’t look like it will be warm enough for an outside pedal today but I will give it an hour and see if warms up.

As I shoveled the lawn during the recent ice age our snow will stay in a big pile for a few days.
Should have gone to the gym, got shopping to do so may skip that.

Heating engineer got here back of 4pm. No system leaks uncovered! Yay! System maintaining pressure. Cause of the water through the ceiling found to be due to frozen condensate pipe from the gas boiler, had been running a lot in that subzero world last week, which pipework is missing a non return valve. Doh. Fitters eh? CH back on, moving back to a more normal world.
And chill. Not literally..
