    Morning

    -5 quintuple brr.

Today will be mowstly recovering with a café stop in between. Loft boarding all finished ahead of the solar panel fitment.

Dressed up like a Michelin man but as long as I kept moving, felt warm. Quite enjoyed that. I've now got extra lighting and a double socket up there.

...and some peace now tthe DW's are out of the door.

Coffee gone. But that's only temporary.

    Laters.

Morning frozen folks. Absolutely frozen here. Currently wearing the heated gilet to keep warm. Roads really slick in places so car again. Coffee machine being hammered On a better note it's my Friday. Enjoy.

Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Morning, decided to bin the office trip as there was a fair amount of snow coming down last night but most of it had disappeared by this morning. Hey ho. Now sitting on a 2 hour M&A training call from lawyers where grannies are being taught to suck eggs.

Simple. Take her a coffee whilst you sit downstairs and enjoy yours!

A meagre -2.5 here but super icy and frosty. Had to help wife de-ice car at 7.30 this morning. Went back to bed for a snooze. Time for coffee.

I think my weapon of choice today will be a spoon. A teaspoon.

Told to iron my shirts so 13 shirts later I’m sat down having a drink.

So she really wears the trousers. 1 week without you and she'll be begging you to come home and fix something. Besides, throw the shirts int he tumble dryer and hang them up. 13 shirts?!? Not me. No way José.

Mrs W probably has better d.i.y skills than I do, so I don’t think she would be begging me to come home. The shirts had been in the tumble drier, the only shirts that don’t get ironed are t shirts.

Super sunny day so went for an hour walk around neighbourhood. Legs were toast at the end. Lots of frosty pavements = slippery in the shadows of cars/vans. The rest was fine. I could see higher up that there was still a good amount of frost on roofs so 1-2 degrees cooler up there.

Walk kept my blood sugars in check which was nice. Dermatologist yesterday told me to come off the steroids as for my skin condition they won't be doing anything useful. Hopefully this means the end to the steroid induced diabetes. It'll take a few weeks to settle but hopefully it will. It's been a real PITA this time round.

So cold this morning my truck wuldn't start, all electrics ok and once the immobiliser had dissarmed and the button pressed the engine just sounded like a stutter.

MrsHDs petrol motor fired up no problem.

Secret Santa delivered a nice Gore windstopper Gillet last night which was nice, MrsHD said it'll never keep me warm and it looks like a bin bag. Women...

Easyjet messed up our August flights so spent a bit of time sorting that out this morning along with some steel stuff.

Apparently I'm going to Ibiza in May which I'd forgotten about, some friends are renewing vows or some soppy shit like that.
