    Morning

Dark. brr. I don't think it's as brr as yesterday though. However, day 2 of the little wood burner* has probably heated up the house a bit more.

    Coffee...

*It's a wet back. Cosy, cosy, cosy.

Wood burner has been well used, burning Leylandii just now , better firewood than hedging!

That's great news @orraloon sounds like you are well on way to recovery. Stick at it.

Shoot sleep last night. Probably due to unnecessary Tramadol earlier. Apparently babbling incoherently in my sleep. Wife finds it amusing and then annoying.

Looking forward to afternoon of watching Lard up My Ring spinoff thing on Amazon when I get home with nice cuppa tea.

    Morning

Lots of white stuff coming down here. Ended going for a walk first thing as one of the next doors neighbours dogs had done a runner and I ended helping to look for it. Dog was found just sat on the edge of the field waiting for someone to find her.

Todays plan was to climb but I suspect it might be a bit chilly in the garage. I nearly needed gloves on the turbo yesterday.

Hmm... platelet count is low. Waiting for another blood test. If its too low can't have the Chemo and its delayed for a week. That then has knock on effect and will have last Chemo on Christmas Eve. Arses.

Got the heater going continuously in the cave today, chilly but not too bad. Stuck a bit of extra low temperature screenwash gunk in the cars just in case.

Day at home with not too many meetings so can't complain too much, but better catch up on stuff as was at a conference jolly all day yesterday instead or working. Met an old recruitment contact at the meeting who said he was thinking of getting in touch about an opportunity. Let's see.

Woodburner is also lit at Chez HD, not to sure on the fuel but about 2 years aged in our yard and dried up on a mezzanine. Hard as nails.

Dog wasn't happy about being dragged (litteraly) around the streets earlier, even with her robe she sulked.

Meeting with wine kicking off shortly.

I left Mrs. 666 to take the dogs down to the wood for a run around this morning. We couldn't find their winter coats so decided they would just have to 'Dog the F*** Up' and run faster.

Arses. Chemo delayed. Platelets too low. Means last chemo with be at Christmas and I'll be feeling crap. Marvellous. Not.

    Afternoon folks,

A bit fresh out there, was 0'C at home so I opted for the old MTB with studded tyres for the wobble in. Glad I did as the path in the park was very icy after the rain yesterday. Hard work but no slippage at all.

Good news 'loon, hope the recovery continues apace. That's very dull PN69, is it possible to ask for the immediate pre-Christmas chemo to be delayed a couple of days? I remember when I was having my chemo they moved the dates around for a woman so she could attend her daughter's wedding and feel reasonable. Do they do anything to help boost platelet numbers? I never had an issue with them, but often had to have an injection to boost white blood cell production.

I had platelet transfusions so as not to delay chemo. Could you enquire?
