Slight chill in the air on the walk to the station - also a bit of a dark one as all the street lights in the village were off. Should have grabbed a pic of the night sky, it looked pretty good.

Lots of meetings today, including one with the boss. But an evening out involving steak and vino beckons.

Good night in the pub last night meant a slower start. Work snizzle then potentially a run and then set up zwift to try out the turbo - mechanic set it up for me yesterday, but haven’t had chance to try it yet

    Morning. Gorgeous day here!

Post chemo day means lots of (additional) tablets, breakfast then snoooooze!

    Repeat for lunch.

    Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

  • Morning, not raining at least, house tidying this morning for guests and daughter no.2 arriving later. Then off for Italian food and a gig- When Rivers Meet.

    Which 'pond' ?

Grey and miserable here with some rain mixed in.

Sorted discs, pads and drop links on the beamer yesterday.

    No sign of 'Loon.

  • Any GI's @sungod ?

Feel crappy so WFH this afternoon. Got stuff to do though after making a very nice tuna and onion pizza for lunch, healthy though as I used a wrap for the base.

    Early bed me thinks.

    Afternoon

This morning was enlivened by the man from Yorkshire water turning up to look at blocked drain. He managed to sort it and it seems that the routes from the hedge are the culprit. So despite it being now clear it will block again unless a section of drain is replaced or a sleeve put in. Apparently it’s an insurance claim which given we only took it out 2 weeks ago I’m sure it will be a chore. Managed to get out for a ride this afternoon so now feeling a bit more relaxed.

Tuna and onion Pizza?!? Little wonder you're not feeling well.

Managed a pedal in the drizzle which didn't turn out too bad; legs felt good for some inexplicable reason.

This is Lac du Soulseat which follows the descent from col de la Lime Kiln: an arduous false flat of about 2 kms (other units of measurement is available).
