    Wotcha

Heap big soggy overnight. Dry now but the wind looks like it's picking up. May pedal after studying Ventusky.

    CX on telly later.

    Coffee...

    Laters

Good night in the pub where for no apparent reason I decided I would do a long (ish) run today despite not being recovered from the last one and lots of flooding.

currently on the delayed train to frodsham

    Morning.

Gorgeous day here! Massive puddles reflecting the blinding sunlight.

Wife off to the smoke for some dolly-con. Daughter coming to look after me. Much Backgammon will be played.

Chemo rash on face coming on nicely. I look like a sozzled wino now.

    Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

Slow start, headed out shortly to the fishmongers and a farm shop out in the sticks for.some meant.supplies May brave a ride later on the puddle strewn lanes

    Morning folks,

Traditional slow start is being enjoyed. Got some pottering to do, should go and visit the old dear at some point. Rather moist out but not getting wetter at present.

TLW, did your car survive the combination of the current wife and flooding?

Good half a ride was had. Roads are filthy. Bike looks like it's done P-R.

Likewise, good ride this afternoon in the autum sun, but lots of mud and puddles so bike is filthy. Got a puncture just under a mile from home but slow enough to get back on. Will sort bike out tomorrow.

Good short ride in the sun here too! Back and tying things down in the garden in anticipation of the gales tomorrow. Glass of wine now and a couple of sirloin steaks from the local butcher.
