Was planning a cycle in this morning but since switching to wax instead of lube I’m more fussy about getting my shiny drivetrain icky. When it was a gunky black mess it didn’t matter.

Glorious day here today, I should have arranged my day off to coincide with the sun but didn't.
Legs are still dead after yesterdays run so cycling today wouldn't have been enjoyable.

Afternoon,
Pissing down start. Good wifey still rode bike to work. Lazy day for me. Had IV dressing changed at local community hospital. Was easy-peasy with ample parking for free and was in and out in 15 minutes compared to 2.5 hour wait at the big hospital last week.
Afternoon of transferring MiniDV videos to PC. Just doing one of my son's first Christmas in 2004! My god, where does time go?
Nice sit down with cuppa tea, buttered crumpet and a couple of Tramadol. Bliss.

Evening folks,
Decidedly damp and dreary wobble in this morning, still beats sitting in traffic. Green bike is the summer and winter bike, ability to fit mudguards has been necessary throughout this year. My drivetrain is a black icky mess, I didn't do my usual new chain in the spring and using Squirt was this year. The cassette is on its 4th chain and the chainrings are similarly cattled so I'm running the chain until shifting becomes unbearable. Besides, it looks like I may not be commuting by bike before the year's out. Also, 6 bikes in the household isn't nearly enough Seano.

If I take the job offered it's either at home or a 2 hour drive, so I'll go in and stay over for 2 or 3 days then WFH. Considering if I want to do that and what it's worth to me.
