Good sleep after yesterday's efforts but can feel it in the legs a bit as we manged to clock over 1,000m of climbing (a new but not very impressive record for the weekend riding crew).
Chill with coffee and hounds, haircut, shop trip and giving some dubious pension advice to the the brother in law are the order of the day.

Evening
Out early in order to meet new group ride. No one turned up for the longer ride or the short ride, so did the middle distance ride, decent pace and a friendly group. With ride to meeting spot and back still did 72 miles. Then out for a late Sunday lunch with Mrs W which was very nice. Now just chilling.
