Had a poor nights sleep after getting cramp in thighs and calf. How would have thought taking a shed down would be strenuous on the legs than cycling. Anyhow today will be more packing and stuff, cycling might be distant dream.

Morning. Lovely dry and sunny start here. Back to bed for a snooze after breakfast. Lazy day conserving energy then off to the flicks to see that there Alien Romulous malarkey this afternoon.

Up at silly o’clock for wifey’s half marathon in Kew Gardens, will have a mooch about the greenhouses while we wait.

Cool with wind and then more wind then rain with headwind and then just as I turn the corner, the wind switches off completely (thereby foregoing the anticipated twh) and then for the last 3 miles, the sun pops out. Damn weather gods.

Yep, she'll be qualified next summer and fingers crossed will be able to bag a job locally soon after. I'm already past it judging by how much my legs ache after this afternoons ride, but she won't put me down if she needs me to sub her for a flat in a few years time.

None - I'm paying for the lot. She'll very likely be over the repayment threshold so don't want to saddle her with debt from the start of her career.
