One currently fully in tact pelvis reporting for duty, although I’ll be avoiding any Vince Summers types on the way home. Shoulder a bit dodgy, though, overdid the badminton on holiday, the kids will beat me one day but not yet!

A bit grim round here this morning, certainly not cycling weather. Did some cleaning which will hopefully keep Mrs W off my case. Later will be some lifting of weights and watch some cycling.

Morning Workers. Currently waiting for delivery guy to drop new dryer off for the OH. Bike ride planned later with mates with pub stop planned. Luckily should be dry later. Not feeling in the best mood at the moment as politicians have fooked up pension to extent 40% of CTV has disappeared in 3yrs 😪😪. Here's hoping interest rates dive so it recovers. Luckily it's not to bad in that it stops me retiring early, but limits other plans. Sorry to offload on you lot. Hopefully bike and beers later will assist a better mood along with long wkend away.

Visited the village of Amalfi on its coastal namesake today. Slightly underwhelmed, hoping Capri is better tomorrow.
Hammered it down twice today, currently chilling at the hotel with a glass of red.

Whatever both DB pensions where in they both suffered. The higher the interest rate the lower the CETV, so I need interests to fall for them to recover. Doesn't affect me if I take the pensions normally, but wanted them in an annuity so if anything happened the OH gets 100% and not 50% widows pension.
