I get that far and b. If my feet swell up even more than I expect (got a pair of trainers one size bigger, his are 1.5 bigger)

Hello everybody peeps
Blue blue sky and all that. Pity I am away today (to sunny Thornhill) 'cos I would rather be pedalling. Typical. Poured all day yesterday.
Laters.

Looks like a reasonable biking day, OH off cycling with pals, so might go for a solo cycle.

Giving the legs a rest today and getting a few things sorted before the Northern road trip starting tomorrow. Will match more Olympics on and off, but a bit of coffee is needed just now.

Afternoon folks,
Another delightful day of orifice based stupidity, not a bad wobble in at least. In spite of the forecast rain appearing it was a very good day to be on a bike. Roadworks meant the Kingston one way system was gridlocked, lots of stroppy looking drivers not going anywhere. Planning a short break in October, and another one for March next year. I definitely need more holidays.

2000m swum over lunch and a nice meal prepped chicken arrabiata to fill me up after.
May run later subject to various people/things/stress/chaos/etc...
Just been given permission to fish a small private lake which is stocked with catfish amongst other swimmy things, its 2-300m from home as the crow flies so looking forward to that!

Just stay south of the border as I've heard you need a visa to get in Sweatland.

If I were daft enough to cross the wall into Sweatland I could understand running away, but running across it is just plain stupid 😂

Be very careful if you do - some complete strangers might say 'hello' to you.

"Aye aye. Fit like? Foos it gahn? Foo ye daein? Aye no bad. Champion. Nae bother. "
Go on go on go on, you know you want to.
Anyways another easy peasy M6 transit to return to the Homeland. Timing is everything.

I picked up a tandem this evening with my son.
Neither of us have ever ridden one before, so it was interesting, Made even more interesting because it wasn't set up with the pedals in sync,
We got home, nobody died.

Don't worry, I already talk to random strangers down here. Sometimes they look terrified, sometimes you wind up having a really interesting chat.
