    Morning

    Late start.

    Need coffee.

Poured all day yesterday. TLW will have to hope it's not like that on the run. Forecast not good this week mate. Hope it changes by the weekend.

No radiation for me but magnets. Sat waiting for an MRI .

Been to the gym, swim at lunch and maybe a spot of fishing later.

Another fun bike day down at Bedgebury. Just need to shove bike and kit in the car, but coffee first.

    Afternoon folks,

Another day of drudgery in the orifice, a slightly moist wobble in this morning. It wasn't raining, but was quite gloomy and very humid so rain would have been preferable.

Feeling a little grey around the gills after a few too many at a barbecue yesterday, was good fun though.

Nope, the plugs they used in my left knee reconstruction are biodegradable for this exact reason. I think metal screws are a thing of the past but I might be wrong.

fwiw i've got three titanium screws in my hip, afaik it's chosen for primarily for biocompatibility and strength, but also is safe for mri

    Evening

Its only been 30 degrees today. We spent most of the day at the lake, grandson spent most of day it. Which I find surprising given it feels like it’s been fed from a glacier. Managed my rehab stuff without becoming a sweaty Bob for once. I think it might be about time for glass of something.

2 laps of Bedgebury done plus some off piste fun bike stuff, 4 hours worth on a hot day so knucking fackered but geeking good. Now chilling watching the Olympics with a big glass of vino plonko.
