Morning
Its looking scorchio again, fortunately it was a bit cooler last night. Feeling a bit stiff and sore after going swimming for the first time in a few years, a bit anxiety provoking due to pool having no shallow end and wondering if my repaired shoulder would work. Also having to avoid the diving bombing French kids didn’t help. Might go for a bike ride if I get permission.

Hot and sunny today, MrsHD is at home with a load of kids so I'm staying as far away as I possibly can.
Had a nice warm ride but had to wear arm warmers and a gillet for the long descent, it very shaded and still gets quite cold even in summer.

Back from a good weekend and really not feeling particularly motivated. More stupid questions and brown stuff getting dumped. I thought the business changing hands might see a bit of an improvement in things, unfortunately it's getting worse at the moment. Hopefully getting through the current nonsense will eventually lead to improvements.
Looking forward to a quiet night tonight as I was out late last night. Can't stand the pace at my age 🙄 Although I was the only one of our number that didn't have an old git's travelcard so I had to pay my train fare. Should have made the others pay for more booze to compensate.

No. He is multi-disciplined; Road, cyclo cross and goes back to MTBing on occasion.
He started with cyclo cross, winning the junior world's along the way.

GP appt this morning to discuss raised PSA, seems OK on examination but referred to specialist for check, hopefully nothing to find....bit of a relief.
Visited OHs MIL in respite NH in Eyemouth, decent fish supper after.
