I was one who read that as clinchers that don't weight very much 🤣
I doubt you'll get much joy on here to be honest, when I was looking for wheels (not lightweight branded) I did see several pairs on facebook marketplace, and also on one of the triathlon buying and selling pages.

What's the question? Is it "how do I use Google"? Or is the price what is advertised on their online shop? Or do I click on "Dealers" on the manufacturer website to find a dealer near me?

Or if you are after rim brakes seriously just check eBay and caveat emptor.
Cheapest option for parts these days can sometimes be look for complete bikes with the parts you want on there.
