yep, mm, seemed to fit the moment

nippy but sunny ride, quieter than usual out, perhaps they're all having a lie-in before the party

as tomorrow's forecast is grim, may have a stroll for a bubbly to celebrate the impending downfall of this parliament of whores and see if there're any new outrageous shirts i should acquire

Up early, drive, pedal, shower, coffee, Scotch eggs, meetings, spot of delegation, bit of tax avoidance. Then go home and prepare for Starmergeddon.

    Morning

Just strolled up to the village hall to vote, might be a big turn out this election as there was seven or eight folk also voting. I’ve never seen anyone else when I’ve previously voted. Now having second coffee, later will be the turbo and watching the cycling.

I might vote Farage, what could be worse?

A day of muppetery, too much G&T last night (mid week WTF?) so might just crash later.

Gym? Not really interested today because of the above.

Are you going to start excavating a bunker site?

The problem is that all those handy Polish/Ukrainian workers went home after Brexshit and you might be waiting a while for a quote and the build. Funny dat.

They were round this week do a bit of work on the decking and the bathrooms, might add it to the list for when they're back tomorrow.

I stopped in at the bottle shop this arvo, and heard Moloko “Sing it Back” playing. In 2000, I was working for Apple and we were encouraged to use Napster at work, download tunes and test iTunes v1.0 on company time. That song was one of the first I ripped.

Still waiting for a plan from docs. Tomorrow perhaps.

    Cold, sunny at least.

A windy and sometimes wet sometimes hot 'n' sweaty day on The Reserve. Things various, inc being security when the Belties were being moved across public access routes to pastures new. Those cattle are lovely to see, more intelligent than your average tory voter but can get bolshie if they feel threatened. Lots of people do take dogs and / or kids in pushchairs onto the Reserve which is fine so safety first.

Then gym exercise equivalent when dismantling old dry stone dyke / wall and loading the materials to get moved to a new site for a wall building weekend event coming up.

That's the external world work done for this week, back to The Project tomorrow.

Aeroporto… can’t post a pic as it won’t let me but imagine a small table topped with San Miguel, Prosecco and some Oakleys.
