    Morning..

Tis nippy and gloomy here as well. Given some new exercises by the physio last night involving a broom handle. Will be catching the bus in to town shortly to order some new reading glasses and get my hair cut. Later will be the turbo.

A fair bit of the morning spent dealing with stupidity from the Kingdom of Far Far Away. Now contemplating lunch and wondering why summertime has ****ed off on holiday. Ride tomorrow I reckon.

Another cold and rubbish day. Visit to (new) GP for discussion of results. All good, on paper.

Skipped anything else involving effort for the afternoon.

Mmmmm holiday in Cornwall or away somewhere - potentially at my peak training week of 3 - 4 hrs a week exercise. Never has the UK look so attractive for a holiday

Though a sun tan before I go to Scotland would be nice but pointless

    Afternoon folks,

Went downstairs this morning and wondered what that noise was for a moment, then I realised it was cold enough that the heating had come on.

Another manic day in the orifice, managed a rather chilly and gloomy wobble in at least. Supposed to be going out on the old roadie again tonight, but will see what the weather is like. A pub will be visited one war or another.

    Better get on with it...

Crap run over and done with. Dead legs, achy knees and general rubbishness.

Evening all. Enjoying the quietness of Norfolk. Managed a few rides with a few more to go.

Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Wot I have learned today iz: walled gardens are T-shirt temp while the outside needs the extra layer. Good day planting loadsastuff in the walled garden in The Gardens, 4 of us in the volunteer team helping Walled Gardener to get ~ a week's worth of work done in 1 day, she's a happy lass. And still clear ish sky and now fading sun.

Need to get sorted for a trip dahn saff for a long weekender. M6 lottery beckons.

Requires 5 days at gas mark 3 in the UK or 1 day at gas mark 8 in Spain.

Back from trip. Made a new friend there but didn't get her name or number, story of my life.

Traffic wasn't too irritating on the way back. Washing all done. Ready for bed.

Got a sore throat, I think it's hay fever which is annoying but better than covid.

She was the guard terrier on site. Seemed to take a shine to me, probably because I gave her an ear scratch on the first day and the others didn't.

    Quiet on here today.
