Legs feel surprisingly good after yesterday's efforts. Headed into town - sky above London looks a bit like it wants to rain so better stay in the office and drink coffee for a bit.

    Moaning,

Was dry when I got up but now teaming it down

Back after a weekend away working. Had thoughts of what I might do today if it didn't rain, but...

... it's cold British rain too not warm stepping into the shower stuff you get in Spain. Could be worse, I could be camping... more tea!

    Morning

7 degrees and raining here. Still it means I don’t feel too bad doing my chores, bathroom cleaned. Just having a coffee before attempting the dusting and vacuuming. It’s all Rock and Roll here.

Gym before work, feeling a bit shakey. Possibly a mixture of jet lag and wine.

Hail this morning, fire is on at home.

maybe a bit of a fartlek run tonight to get the old knee going in the right direction

This effin' weather is so frustrating. On the cusp of retiring now he's in his mid-80s neighbour farmer reckons this spring has been the wettest he has experienced, and farmers would know about the impacts. The cold northerly / westerly winds keep blowing. Have a sunny spell just now but, no doubt more rain incoming.

I have so much Stuff to do outside but need things to dry up, a lot. And the trades guys need dry conditions to finish off the new render work.

FFS. Who to blame? Suggestions on a postcard to...

  • Sun and showers, chilly - thought about bike and car cleaning but too frequent showers....

    Afternoon folks,

Busy day in the orifice, had a few phone calls from old customers or suppliers wondering what's going on. Did I say last week our largest competitor, and also largest wholesale customer, got bought by the same people that bought us? This has caused a few waves through the old car parts world but I do believe it's a good thing. This will mean more work for me of course.

Decidedly blowy when I wobbled in this morning, wobble being very much the case on occasion. Thankfully I got here before the weather turned biblical. It's blowing a hooley now, I walked to Sainsbury's at lunchtime and if that keeps up I'll be breaking all records on the way home. Can I fit a 60 tooth chainring this afternoon?

Glad I didn't see any hail. Wind had died down significantly, then it started to rain, so I sped up to try and avoid it getting worse. Managed a PR through the park as a result. Rainbow was spotted, there were some people shouting at it for being woke, or more likely taking pictures of it.

Busy day today but not as busy as the weather. Rain, wind, hail, sun, thunder, lightening with the only thing missing snow. Bloody horrible, conditions changed every few minutes or so.

Too many bikes according to Mrs O.
