Working as usual. Might go for a swim later if time allows.

Morning all. Usual work rest and play followed by a run later. Saw Mollie King yesterday afternoon on her comic relief plod, boy did she look wet and foobarred. Surprised by her entourage though. 1 bike rider, 3 escort / camera vehicles and 8 motorcycle outriders. Followed by a couple of miles of pixxed off car driver's unable to overtake. Glad I was going the other way.

Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Bright & Dry as expected, warmer than expected that's a bonus

However when I went to bed the forecast said the rain would arrive at 3 this saffto, now its saying noon, pants!

The planned ride won’t get done now, wimping out 🚳

well at least i gave you a new one for today

i much prefer sandman, it's grittier, reportedly inspired by vietnam vets they drank with who told them about not wanting to sleep in case of attack, grim

    Morning

It seems to be dry here but the trees are bending over and the clouds are breaking the speed limit. Might be ok for a ride as long as you don’t have to come back.

Chilling it in the hot tub after doing loads of jobs, ok, cleaned the kitchen and booked Saturdays airport parking.

run with pals later and maybe the pub, as a thank you to it for yesterday, when it ensured no jet lag

BFD (Busy ****ing Day) so far, hopefully it's a bit quieter this afternoon. Think it's time for lunch...

Managed to flog a watch that I never wear any more on Fleabay, bit of a bonus.

    Afternoon folks,

Another busy day in the orifice, it's been a long week. Managed to wobble in and it was mercifully dry after yesterday's deluge. Felt like hard work though, windy out and too much food and drink over the weekend I suspect. Have to take the company hack home tonight as I'm out early tomorrow to visit a supplier in the back of beyond.

I do believe it's Wednesday for most of us so I should be going to the pub later. Onwards and upwards...

Back home from the volunteer sesh in The Gardens. Nice to see colour appearing, gives a positive spin to otherwise pants weather. More seasonal tidying of herbaceous beds and cleaning pathways, inc moss removal. Which is so much easier after applying the natural yoghurt last week, simplez.

Waiting for the fire to take the edge off the cold, then will cook myself a steak and watch a bit of TV. Journey only 5 mins slower than Xmas day. 1.5 days of work from here, then early bail Friday for a refreshing walk. Must treat my boots to some tlc first.

Reminds me actually. My back garden slabs are very green. First decent day I'm going to treat mine too.

Think Stevo had some success with this. We need some before and after pics from someone.

Nope, ended up using chemicals as our gardening bloke turned up with a big cannister of the stuff. It worked.

Well, it is cheaper (and greener) than employing a PA1/PA6 certified pro with his/her chems. But I suppose if you are a taxdodger then you prob claim it on expenses or somesuch.

Does it work because you lick it off? Maybe it would work better with cows though, as their tongues are much rougher... 👅🐄🤔
