Hounds and then gentle run in what sounds like the end of the world weather. Press send on the work I prepped last night (virtually nothing coming in now) and then head off to Glasgow with my dad to see some friends.
maybe another run, but absolutely a meal and ale

On the train into town as cider will feature after work. Got a few meetings to get through in the meantime.

Morning les analphabète diplômés
Bright start after overnight deluge.
Meeting with legal eagles later. @rseholes.
Tenant done a runner owing £££'s and stole the neighbours dog! Plus side, he's gone. Downside, lots to do.

Morning
Is it ever going to stop raining. Yesterdays attempt to get a shoulder scan sorted failed as hospital wouldn’t see me with a doctors referral so went for an appointment with consultant shoulder specialist instead.
Todays chore of cleaning bathroom done. I think it’s another coffee before deciding what to do with the rest of the day.

I saw the nature reserve and the gardens on telly. 'Border lives'. Couldn't see you but I think it was an older episode.

not much nature to be seen here, but still a pleasant stroll for the preventative bubbly and freebie coffee+biccie, managed both legs in gaps between downpours
just made a balanced lunch of crusty bread, chunks of ancient parmesan, stuffed olives and sliced some saucission sec, though i think cornichons go better
may do a smidge of wfh after that
my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0 -
Stole the neighbour's dog? That's a new one.
Windy AF here at 3am but calmed down before WFW time, and the rain has mostly stopped for now.
Looking at holidays...is Whistler (bike park) worth visiting in September or will it be raining?

Given that it was reported to the police, I thought they might be making enquiries as to is whereabouts. I then enquired if they had an address and they said no but wouldn't provide it to me even if they had. Something to do with data protection bollox.

Was that Border Life on ITV? Just did a google. I'll see if can find on ITVX.
Anyway, v pleasant day, lots of sunshine (hah tae ye saft southern jessies), first time right out on the reserve, cutting back some willow to widen the view lines from one of the bird watcher hides. River water levels rather high, it did slash it down yesterday. Really is a lovely relaxing place.
Even if I'm feeling crackered now. A hot soak to come, free (or pre-paid depending on how one calculates) courtesy the 15kWh and counting generated by the PVs so far today. 😎🌞 See it's not just 'spinner that gets sunshine.

Evening all. Sorry if I've been a bit scarce on here, currently suffering health wise and hoping to recover and get mojo back. Best thing to do with tenants is chuck them out and sell up before you get nailed by government taxes etc and non payers.
Too many bikes according to Mrs O.0 -
No idea, but the skiing was really good.
