People from 'Motorway' have finally pulled their finger out and are coming round to inspect the car at lunchtime. Going for a MRI scan this afternoon so need to get a very early lunch in. Otherwise pretty mundane day.

fwiw i ended up with both golfers and tennis elbow in both elbows, probably an after effect of being on crutches for months, didn't fix itself over time
in the end i saw a sports physio (at iseh, recommended if you can get there easily), a few weeks of specific joint moves with ridiculously light weights (2kg to start) and it completely resolved, as a side effect it also fixed an old shoulder twinge i'd had for years
