Happy Friday. Nearly wiped out by an ambulance this morning as I was crossing an intersection. Wrong side of the road, no siren until it was almost upon me, scared the shit out of me.
Will be up to at least 230km after tomorrow’s ride with free gain on @Stevo_666 while he’s on holiday 😃

Sunny but cold and windy. Already received todays first bollocking from Mrs W for moving her car so it doesn’t get blocked when the decorator arrives. Apparently I parked too near the kerb so she couldn’t get in which is strange cos I could get out. Physio this afternoon might chance a bike ride before if the wind drops.

Rest of day at desk, except for 45 mins doing intervals with some effervescent American on the static bike. I refuse to get on the real one until I've done a couple of weeks on the fake one to get a semblance of legs back.

Afternoon folks,
Happy Friday everyone. What should be a slightly easier day of WFH is proving rather buier than I would like, probably something to do with being out for the afternoon yesterday. At least it was a good send off, over 200 people in attendance and when we got to the pub for the wake there wasn't enough room so some people were outside. Good job it wasn't too cold. Unfortunately I was driving so couldn't abuse the free bar. A few of us finished with a curry, seemed like the right thing to do.
Seeing as it's Friday I shall be visiting a local hostelry with my good lady wife. I'm not getting involved in any willywaving competitions about mileage (kilometerage for those trying to make their numbers look impressive) because I'm above such things. Obviously this is really because my actual numbers are below such things, although I have beaten TLW for miles on the bike :D

I've done my exercise for the day. 90 mins with the dog, 30 mins on the static bike plus 10 mins cool down.
Payday, so asked them what they wanted for Friday takeaway. Five guys. Now I'm skint again.
