At work I got given a metallic helium filled balloon, it stayed afloat for months so it got passed to each new birthdayer.

She looks like a rabbit in the headlights at the moment and, to be fair, probably hoping that it will be quick and painless.
As MF says above, promoted several levels above where she should be and a classic example of confidence massively exceeding competence. She must be regretting throwing her hat into the leadership contest. Even her own nightmare scenario about how difficult the job would be must have been better than this. The local BBC interviews yesterday were like someone kicking a puppy - she was utterly clueless and regurgitating the same cack to every question. I have no sympathy for her, by the way - she is a clown and is heading for the shortest ever tenure as PM, surely. An utter horror show that would be funny if it wasn't so serious.

Some times I think I should spend less time at work on Bikeradar forums, but then I look a Liz Truss and think "sure, I could be better, but at least I'm not screwing an entire country over within 4 weeks"0
