clip-on aero bars for narrow clamping zone

I'm looking at getting some clip-ons for a pair of handlebars that are oval-profiled on top, but have enough extension of the round-profiled part of the bar either side of the stem for clips to be fitted. Problem is likely to be that if the clip-on bars are straight, they will be too narrowly spaced if fitted in this way. So I'm wondering if there are any clip-on bars that flare out a bit from the clamp to the pad and hand positions.

I have used these Planet X clip-ons for my triathlons:

As you can see the pad is on the outside of the clamp, so should be fine even if you clamp them flush to the stem (which is what I do).0 -

Seems there are a few bars with a similar design. Good to know that they are usable with the clamps flush to the stem.0
