142+ hub question

Looking at a good deal on a Roval rear wheel, the hub is 142+ ie when the hub is measured it came out at 144mm. So my question is, will it fit a standard 142x12 frame.
Internet searches suggest that the hub is made for ‘Specialized’ bike frames.
Does anyone out there run a 142+ hub on a non ‘Specialized’ bike?

    No, it will not fit in a standard 142mm frame.

    You can use a 142mm hub in a 142+ frame but not a 142+ hub in a 142 frame.
