La Passione Delivery Delays

Anyone else bought in their sale and had long delays in delivery?

Thought I'd give some bibs a try as saw an ad in Instagram at £40 off. Good reviews of the product throughout

Over a week and nothing. No answer to emails or social media.

Not overly in a rush but would expect some form of communication.

    Maybe they are a bit busy with the sale being on, it happens with all companies.

    Busy or not, 7 days is a long time for no confirmation or response to the OPs query.

    I would try contacting them again, via phone if possible, and should you not get a response then start thinking about passing it to your credit card company or PayPal - assuming you used one of these payment methods.

    Looking at their Facebook and Twitter plenty out there is the same boat.

    Just a note on the frontpage of the website advising of shipping delays is all that's needed.

    Their Trustpilot is abysmal.

    I placed an order about a month ago.
    From past experience LP usually deliver in a week or less, this time after 5 days I got an e-mail saying they were experiencing delays. After 7 days another apology, and a 20 Euro gift token. After 12 days the stuff was delivered.
