    actually you're right, on rethinking the recovery work is mostly done by the hamstrings behind the thigh, further removing the lower leg from any work

  • You are assuming I have muscles which actually flex... :D

    Not bought anything yet, been watching the second hand markets but not much on offer. Nearest supplier has the "Waterrower" ones in stock, but not the Concept2 ones that I can find. Will go try out next week if nothing else used comes up.
