Sad to hear that Stevo. Hope you heal quickly post-op.

There's this wondrous new thing called tarmac. Makes passage on a bicycle relatively smooth. Slick tyres and drop handlebars make things quicker. Strong legs and lungs mean you can go uphill too! :D:wink:
Ta - roadie riding might be the only cycling I get till summertime !

V68 and I keep muttering about a pub ride.

We'll just sit there and watch her. Like a bunch of weirdos who have hired a children's TV presenter for the evening.

I bet she smells nice. Clean. Fresh. Unsoiled.

Bally goes for post of the year with an early entry.

Hmm, poor choice of wording there, chance would be a fine thing...

H³ and I showed you the way when we were at the Roebuck. Drop bars, discs and clearance for tyres that have a bit of give. You know it makes sense.
That is a right pain, will you be ok for the 100 Club? They were going to take my appendix out with keyhole surgery. Fookin' big keys in that hospital, the scar is about 4-5" long.

Don't know what date the op will be yet, I have to get the green light from BUPA then get a date booked. Should be OK as long as its not too close to the op date - he said it's an in and out same day type procedure.

TBH that sort of bike is what I was thinking of. Two main things to get over are garage space (already got 5 bikes in there plus assorted crap) and having time to use another one.
