Putting on Bone Conducting headphones

Hi,

It may sound silly but how do you wear bone conducting headphones?

Do you put it under the helmet strap or over it? Does it move about? Is it comfortable?

If you wear a bandana how does it figure into the equation?

    I would question the sense of wearing headphones whilst out on the bike especially when there is traffic.
