    Think I saw a Golden Eagle last summer near Glentrool, It was at a distance but the sheer size of it suggested it was too big to be anything else. It flew around at our eye level as we were up a hill, so I didn't get to see the profile and wing tip pattern.
    I do like watching Hen Harriers on the odd occasion that I see one.

    Dry here as well. Getting a bit blowy though. Pine needles all over the car.

    Not since the Trotters moved out.
    There's a pair of golden eagles in the area we go to in Tuscany, amazing things. Sometimes see them getting mobbed by other birds. Probably seen them half a dozen times now.
