Recommended courier service for shipping frame in UK?

As the title states any recommendations for couriers to use to ship a frame inside the UK. Obviously want it to get there in one piece but not cost the earth.

    AFAIK all pretty much of a muchness - it's going to depend on your packing largely.

    Two options - bit of bubblewrap and packing tape around the frame so it's obvious it's a bike frame or put it in a box where you can protect it better, but they're not going to know what it is and probably throw it around anyway.
    One thing I had heard - from importers I think - they get their bikes packed in TV boxes with a picture of a TV on the front - which for them - seems to make the handlers take a bit more care ... so perhaps get down to the local TV shop and see if they've got an old box you can pack it in?

    Other than that, I recommend a metric tonne of bubble wrap, etc
