Hi,
Using some DT swiss R24 wheels on my winter bike. While truing one of the nipples came apart in my hand, meaning i cannot remove it with a standard spoke key.
After removing the rim tape it appress there is a unique hex spoke nipple that needs a special tool.
What is the best way to remove the spoke nipple?

You need the right hex tool... there are 2 common sizes 4.8 mm (or 5, which is the same) and 5.5 mm... Park Tool makes a tool that has bothleft the forum March 20230
