Which bike is best for me?

I was wondering what you guys thought was the best for the money. I can get these 3 bikes for the same sort of price:
    Colnago Strada SL Tiagra 2015 Giant Defy 0 Aluxx 2015 Sensa lombardia 2015

I am doing a 100k bike ride soon and will likely do weekly rides of about 20 miles. I also want to use it to cycle to my girlfriends around half a mile away and to uni about 3 miles away.

Any tips would be great :)

    Hello and welcome to the forum.

    When asking for advice on which bikes may be the best suited to your needs, it is usual to post links to the bikes in question so that members who may want to respond to your question can easily compare the specifications of the bikes.

    Of those you have listed I only have experience of the Giant Defy, though not the 2015 D-Fuse Aluxx SL 11 speed model. It would be a good first bike and being endurance geometry would be suited to your 100k ride. You can fit Giants own brand mudguards to it, if that matters to you.

    One of my also has a Giant Defy 0, no complains from the last three years.
