Lateral movement on rear wheel advice

Hi, just looking for a bit of advice from an expert as I struggle to find one at any of my local bike shops these days...

I've just bought some wheels that seem almost new, but I've discovered there is side to side movement in the rear wheel. Not sure what needs doing to fix it and how much it'll cost me. It has ceramic bearings and a campag free hub so probably won't be cheap :/

Any advice would be much appreciated

    What wheels? If it's an upper end Campag wheel with ceramic bearings, chances are the bearings are adjustable...

    Yes, it's a pair of campag shamal ultra. Ok - that's good to know, so a simple job for my LBS then? Do you think it's urgent or can I go to the Alps next week then get it done when I get back? It's only a slight wobble but will need to get it fixed at some point
    Saying that, I don't want to cause long term damage

    Thank you to those that contributed. It was a really simple fix. No wobble at all now! :))
