Why are Campagnolo Skeleton brakes called "D Skeleton"? What does "D" stand for? All Skeleton brakes are D Skeletons?

    Dual Pivot Skeleton - you can also get Single Pivot for the rear brake - so the power favours the front if you pull both levers with the same force.
