Purchased wrong Headset? (+ RB stem on MTB?)

I need a Zero Stack 44 (semi integrated) but the FSA Orbit Z I've just ordered states it's just 'integrated'
It's for a GT Avalanche 2.0:
Outer head tube diameter - 50mm
Inner diameter - 44mm
The inner ridge depth – 15mm
Head tube pic here
Another potential disaster is that I mistakenly ordered an FSA OS-115 Stem, which is road bike specific. Whilst it will fit my forks and FSA Afterburner Riser Handlebars, is there any reason why I should swap for a MTB specific stem?
Thanks

No, that orbit is semi-integrated. You can see the two silver cups that press into the frame in the pic (a fully integrated would be identical, minus the two cups as they are not needed)

I've only recently encountered this short stem trend but I'm the best part of 6' 5" and have very long arms.
What size should I have gone for?
And besides what could be more unfashionable than fashion itself?
It was just an observation.

That isn't a stem, it's a canal boat tiller. Your bike will steer horribly with a stem that long. It will also put your weight a long way forward making it difficult to ride steep trails and send you over the bars regularly. I would try to avoid anything over 80mm, ideally 50mm or less combined with a nice wide bar.
Why won't the headset work?
And why are you so angry?
I'm not angry! It's the wrong headset for your frame. You need the right type of headset. Send it back to Chain Reaction. They do free returns using collect plus. Request a refund and order a new one.
Sorry for the delay in getting back
My Ridgeback Speed hybrid has an upgraded 120mm and my Verenti Millook road bike has a stock 130mm.
Which is to say both are very long and unfashionable.
For my Avalanche build I'm going to heed your advice and go much stumpier.
What about the headset, any suggestions?
