    I had to come in at 5:30 my beer was getting too hot and the rest of this week is going to be even hotter I'm not sure how I'll cope.

    We have wind and rain everyday which frankly is a godsend as for G66 this entire state is full of crinkly overpaid pensioners

    We could only stay on the beach for two hours today it was just too hot, its 34C in the shade now at 13:30 God only knows what it was earlier.

    These are tens of thousands of years old and yes judging by how many there are the gulf is basically just a gaint shark pond. That and the minute I was about to jump in for a swim a large dark shadow appeared just under the water a foot in front of me, needless to say swimming was OFF the menu.

    according to a work mate it was an average of 2 degrees on his way to work friday morning , bloomin felt like it as well.

    After a meat fest lunch of full rack of baby back ribs with 1/4lb of pulled pork, fries with BBQ beans and garlic toast we headed over to Miami south beach to slum the next couple of days at the Ritz Carlton.

    35c in the shade and furnace hot by the poolside, strangely there seemed to be a lot of old men with teenage daughters :roll:

    Hot pants here have no weight or shame limits

    Just got back from a little over two weeks in California. No idea what the temperature was in numbers because they use the wrong ones, but it was hot and dry with the exception of San Francisco. Stunning scenery riding the most ridiculous bikes in Yosemite followed by driving down the coast with various stops.
    Back home today about midday and have just dug the bike out ready for a slow commute tomorrow.

    Certainly feels like it. The boy was saying he thinks he'll stay away from burgers for a month, for a 16 year old that eats anything and everything that's quite something.
