With the Tour de France over attention will now turn to The Vuelta a España - Here's a link to a summary of two key stages in Asturias, Northern Spain, which will more than likely decide who is standing on the podium at the end.
It includes the little known but really tough climb of the Ermita de Alba. It should be a stunning stage.

Is there a short highlights programme I can watch the morning after the stage? Watched the Tour every night at 7pm, and the wife wasn't best pleased

Just tell her to head off to the Metrocentre, should keep her busy for a couple of hours
