Wheelset HELP

Sorry if this sounds a noob question If I buy a new Wheelset would it come with a cassette if not how hard is it to put a cassette on? Would I need a new cassette and cogs & chain?

  No and very easy. You need a cassette tool.
  You need new stuff if your current stuff is worn or incompatible.
