Just wondering if anyone is planning to take part in next years event. Also has anyone done it before and if so how was it? Is it as tough as it looks and what is the organisation like etc? Cheers in advance.

I did the 2014 edition, lovely scenery good challenge, but i don't think id do it again. It was expensive i thought and the organisation was weak in a few areas.A feather is kinky, a whole chicken is just perverse.0

Surely we could get the route and do it our selfs for a fraction of the cost0

Would of thought so! You'd be carrying all your own gear each day though.0

I think if we planned it you could carry bear minimum and stay at b&b for far less than the event price0

We did 5 days across wales, staying in bunkhouses for around £250pp which included breakfast at most places!0
