CX Team Tyre size

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a bit of advice.
I've just signed up to do my first Sportive (Longleat Lionheart), and i want to fit some road tyres to my Boardman CX Team 2014 which has Mavic 321 Rims.
Can anyone please advise me what would be the smallest tyre size I can fit to these rims.
I was thinking of buying some 28c gatorskins - but thought I'd check with the experts first

I have ran both 23mm and 25mm no problem, 28mm will be fine0

is there a big difference (comfort etc) between 28 and 25?0 -
I've fitted 28mm to my CX Comp. They do help cushion the ride.0
