Seat post settings!

Can anyone tell me where there's an online manual for a Scott Foil 2012 please.

I need to know what the torque settings are for the seat post.

Can't seem to find them anywhere!

    12nm is the torque setting as suggested by Scott

    Hi,

    I am going to be starting a build for a Scott foil, did you find a manual, I have looked online and can not seem to find one.

    Also did you go to 12nm torque for the seat post??

    Hi Matty,

    No, I didn't find a manual but I did go to my local bike shop and found out that the tolerance is between 10 and 12nm.
    My advice is no more than 10nm unless absolutely necessary!
    Your hearts in you mouth tightening a carbon seatpost that tight.

    I'd be using some carbon paste and doing it up only as tight as required to stop it slipping.
