Card holder for swipe cards on gloves?

Where I work has high security lots of swipe access es. During the winter months I obviously wear gloves. My problem is rolling up to the gate and fumbling for my card in my jacket. Is there a glove out there that has a holder built in to the glove
? Or is there an accessory I can buy that stays on the glove? Cheers

I have a neck lanyard for mine at work, I have clipped it to a ski pass holder (little clip with retracting cord) on my waistband before as well.

if it's cold enough you copuld try wearing ski gloves. they have the card holder in the back very often. these were great for the cycle commute on chilly days:
