which seatpost rack?

I need a seatpost mounted rack that takes Ortlieb panniers... not planning big loads, definitively under 10 Kg. Seatpost is 27.2 and steel

Any good advice?

    I've got one in the garage you can have, let me know if you're interested. It was previously owned by the man that now owns the heaviest wheels in the world. ;-)
