    Just noticed the game clock is saying there's 23 hours until the next race.

    I'm confused too, still no Stage 1 points showing... what's happening?

    I've now been given points for Stage 2 but not Stage 1 - little bit annoying as I have Kittel in my team! Could you have a look into this please?

    All seems a little "clunky".

    Shame you don't get points for KOM. I have Rolland...

    There was a delay in us receiving the data for stage 1. This has been resolved and going forwards won't be an issue - stage 1 and 2 have points updated.

    From Stage 3, all points should be updated in the site by 8pm CEST the day of the stage. Sorry for any inconvenience!

    All the teams in my mini league have their points from today. However, the points or position changes haven't been applied to the league table?

    Hi mate. Yes, working now but still very slow to update my mini league standings.

    When someone like bikeradar run a fantasy TDF you kinda expect it to be the best of the bunch. Bit of a shame, really.

    Can't help but think Velogames offering me and my mates played last year was better.

    That might sound petty as its only a game and all that but by the time I discovered all the bugs with BR's game, it was too late to join another.

    Ah well.

    The BR one i smuch the same as the halfords one last year - so bad they didnt do it this year. Pop over to road.cc and have a go at their season long fantasy game - easily the best one out there -

    My name is Danny, I work on behalf of the Fantasy Sports Provider (SilentManager). We run the Fantasy Tour De France on behalf of Bike Radar.

    Firstly, I would like to apologise for the bad experience you have had with our game and the points delay for Stage 16 and previous stages. More of an explanation rather than an excuse, our data provider has been slow in sending us the data for this stage.

    I would just like to make you aware that all our query responses have been answered. Sometimes, our replies get filtered by your email providers and end up in your junk folders, so please remember to check these.

    Stage 16 results have now been updated and we would like to apologise once again. Moving forward, we are aware that our data provider has been slow at sending us the data for a few stages now, so we will aim keep on top of this from now on.

    We wish you luck for the rest of the tournament and hope you continue to play the Fantasy Tour De France game.

    Hi guys,

    Just giving a further update on the fantasy situation. Last night, there was an unforeseen delay in us recieving the stage 18 data for fantasy cycling. We are provided with data and stats for fantasy games from a third-party provider and, unfortunately, we were provided with this data late which of course means that players of BikeRadar Fantasy Cycling found themselves frustrated at the speed in which their fantasy points were updated.

    We can only apologise profusely for this error. All points should have now been updated, but if they are not, please do not hesitate to reply to this thread or contact us through the website to notify us so we can take action. Good luck to all for the rest of the tournament!

    Nope, still havent had a reply to my query - sent it on 6 July, sent again on 10 July as hadnt had a reply and have just sent it again today! Query [#S158347] if that helps....
