Sorry MsManc, LiT, SailorChick, CafeWanda, SuzyB and all of the other members of the PussyPossee, but by the next time I log in I will be off the market as I'll be married in about 12 hours and the person I refer to on here as Mrs EKE really will be Mrs EKE.

    I've been disappointing ladies in a similar manner for 18 years now. It takes a while, but they eventually realise there just isn't enough of me to go round.

    Congratulations, may married life be like smooth freshly laid tarmac.
    I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.

    Don't worry girls. The way things have been in CiB Towers these last few weeks I might put myself on the Available List again and give you all another chance. Bit of free advice chaps - don't marry a teacher, and if you do brace yerself for a torrid time during A Level essay & coursework marking season.

    Eke - you missed the delightful but long-term absent SarahJoy off your list. Good luck - you're just about at the peak now; it's pretty much a long downhill slog from here. :wink:

    WHAT A GREAT DAY!!!

    About 200 guests, lots of singing in the church (from Buju Banton sung by everyone to Irish Blessing sung by Mrs EKE's family), brilliant speeches (it turns out my dad and her dad make a brilliant double act), lots of food, LOTS of booze, lots of dancing and lots of smiles.

    Mrs EKE and I left at about 1:30 am but apparently it went on past 4 am.

    Lots of photos have been uploaded to Facebook and the two professional photographers haven't waded in yet.

    So far, married life is brilliant!

    Rest assured, we are not on our honeymoon yet. She's a teacher so we're honeymooning during the school summer holidays.
