Why are there so many people on these forums who just do not get sarcasm?

First person to say sarcasm is lowest for of wit will be beaten with a wet fish.

    could be that in order to understand the incredible subtlety of your particular level of sarcasm it would require second-order interpretation of your intentions and that would require different parts of the brain to work together to understand you.

    Maybe you could be less subtle in your comments :D
